So I am sitting here browsing on the inet, and I stumble on this blood type diet.
I have never heard of this before so I decided to post about it on DWFareamoms.com
I did get some response back that people have used it and it worked, or that the recommended foods is what they like and have actually worked without them knowing about the diet. I read my recommended foods for my blood type and it is basically a lot of fish and veggies, which I love both, and it says to avoid red meats, and a low intake on dairy products, no citric...and that makes a lot of sense to me, I love red meats, so that may be hard but I do eat more chickens then anything, so going from that to fish will be a little different. I actually HATE anything dairy which is great that this diet says a low intake of it. I have tried to drink milk, eat yogurt, I can not do it! Then the citric acid part, well as much as I want to enjoy OJ, oranges, ect, I buy them but they spoil before I get to them, I just dont WANT them that often so maybe it has something to do with my blood type, or I am just reaching for a reason LOL
either way I think I am going to start this and see what results it brings. I have not read how long to diet before seeing results so off to research some more, and maybe this weekend actually going to the book store to pick up this book.
